Shopping
At Mr.Blue it is possible to shop as a registered customer or guest.
By registering on our site, your data will be stored, which will facilitate your future purchases.
If you make the purchase as a guest, all information will be sent by email.
Shopping at Mr. Blue has never been easier. Just follow the steps below:
1. choose the category you want, model and color/pattern, respectively.
To access more details of the product(s) you are interested in, just click on the image of the item(s) in question, where you will have access to all the necessary information: composition and care, available sizes, colors, reference and respective price.
If you have any doubts about sizes, you can always use our size chart or our virtual fitting room

2. Select the item you want, color, size and quantity and add it to your shopping cart. You can choose to continue shopping or finalize your purchase.
3. In case you continue shopping, repeat the previous processes until you finalize your
purchase.
4. If you wish to process your order, you must log in, if you already have an account with us, register, or continue as a guest.
5. After the data entered, check that they are correct, select the delivery method, add a discount code / gift card (if applicable) and then the payment method and click on place my order.
Note: You will always receive an email confirmation of your order.
Orders placed through the Portuguese store can only be sent to mainland Portugal and the Islands.
If you wish to place an order to another Spanish market you must select our Spanish store. www.mrblue.es
For other European countries, you will need to access our international store at www.mr-blue.com
No price-free vouchers are issued. In case of an offer where you want to exchange your items, you only need to indicate your order number in one of the Mr. Blue physical stores.
Note: We only offer gift wrapping during specific periods (Christmas, Father's Day and other commemorative dates).
You can request an invoice for your order as an individual or company. To do so, add your VAT number and all billing details during the payment phase in the Billing Address field.
The invoice is sent when the order is shipped.
Campaigns and promotional codes
Mr. Blue communicates campaigns on the site where the promotional price is displayed in red next to the product. In these cases, the system automatically applies the discount to the shopping cart whenever the conditions are met.

Discounts of up to -50% on Mr. Blue Outlet and Mark Bellucci items. Promotion valid from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024.
● 15% Newsletter subscription. Exclusive online and on purchases over 20.00 €. Valid from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024.
* Additional coupons/discounts cannot be combined with other promotions and Outlet items.
If you have a promotional code / gift voucher, you can use it before finalizing your order in the "discount code" field, enter the respective code and then click "apply".
In case the promotional code is not valid, please contact the customer service customer.service@mr-blue.com, to confirm the conditions and validity of the code.
In case of return or exchange, the value of the promotional code will not be refunded.
The promotional code cannot be exchanged for cash.
Coupons / additional discounts do not stack with other promotions and Outlet items.
Shipments
Your order will be shipped via a specialized carrier. Shipping times may be delayed due to situations beyond our control.

Note: We advise you to choose a delivery address where you spend most of your day (e.g. workplace) to facilitate delivery by the courier. Delivery times are an estimate, so during Black Friday, Christmas and sales periods, the delivery time may be longer than usual. .
As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation, which contains a waybill number and the link to the carrier's website, which allows you to track your order.
If you have selected shipping to a physical store, we will inform you by sms as soon as your order arrives at the selected store.
You have a maximum of 15 days to collect your purchase. In this case, there is no need to queue. Ask our store assistants directly and pick up your order, showing the order confirmation SMS or email.
IN-STORE DELIVERY

You have 15 days to collect your order. The person collecting the order must show ID and the order number or SMS.

HOME DELIVERY
3-5 working days - FREE order >69€ (Mainland Portugal) | >79€ (Islands)
Deliveries are made during working hours (09h-18h), so we advise you to choose an address where you can be in this period.
The carrier makes two delivery attempts and if they are unsuccessful, the order can be delivered to a pick up point or returned to our warehouses.
If the delivery was unsuccessful, the order automatically enters the return process to our warehouse, and it is not possible to make a new shipment.

Pickup point
You have 10 working days to collect your order.
Locker
You have 3 days to collect your order.
To collect you must use the code sent by the carrier by SMS/Email from the carrier.
You can find the location and details of all our collection points available here.
We remind you that after the return process is initiated it is not possible to carry out a new shipment.
Once the purchase has been finalized, it is not possible to change the order details.
We can only make this change if the order has not yet been shipped.
In this case, please contact the customer service customer.service@mr-blue.com indicating: name; order number; order date and new address.
After the purchase is finalized, it is not possible to make changes to the order.
In this case, you can wait to receive the order and exchange it in a Mr. Blue store or return it and place a new order with the desired item/size.

Orders to countries outside the EU may incur an extra charge plus customs duties when they are received in the destination country. These same fees will be paid by the recipient of the order.
Customs policies and import taxes vary from country to country and it is not possible to control the expenses and costs.
If the delivery time has been exceeded and you have not received your order, please contact Customer Service customer.service@mr-blue.com stating: Name; order number and date of order.
Note: Always check your e-mail box to see if you have been sent information about your order.
Payment methods
Payment methods: Amex®, Visa®, Mastercad® Amazon®, Paypal®, Klarna®, MBway®, MBanco®, GooglePay®, ShopPay® and ApplePay®
Note: Payments by MBway® have a period of 5 minutes to finalize the purchase, and for purchases by MultiBanco Reference® the period is 24h. In both cases, you will receive an email from SIBS with the payment details.
You can also use the gift card as a payment method.
The Mr.Blue Gift Card is a single-use virtual card valid for 6 months. This card can be used online and in physical Mr.Blue stores.

How to use
The amount on your card is shown in the email you received with your card and is for one-time use only.
You can use it before finalizing your order in the "discount code" field and put the code sent by email and then click on "apply".
If your purchase exceeds the balance of the gift card, you can combine it with any other payment method.
Returns
You can exchange and/or return your item(s) within 90 days of placing your order.
The item(s) must be in the same condition in which you received it, without signs of use and correctly labeled.
Mr.Blue reserves the right to refuse exchanges and / or returns after the deadline, if the items are not in the same condition as they were sent and / or do not comply with our return conditions.
Note: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges and/or returns of underwear or used items.
Free of charge
You can return your items for free at one of our Mr. Blue stores.
The item(s) must be in the proper condition in which you received it, with no
signs of use and correctly labeled.
You must also present the invoice that was sent to you by email at the time of shipment (check your inbox/spam).
The refund can be processed:
- On the same payment method that was used to make the purchase. In this case, the store will keep your items, register the return and it will be processed within a maximum of 14 working days.
- Through an exchange voucher, which you can discount on a next purchase in a physical store or online, within 180 days. To discount online, you must have a customer record at Club Blue for You with associated email.
Note: The choice of the type of return is made by the customer at the time of return.
Cost borne by the customer
The item must be sent together with the original invoice to the following address:

The item(s) must be in the proper condition in which you received it, without signs of use and correctly labeled.
The refund will be processed through the same payment method used at the time of purchase, within a maximum of 14 working days, after receipt of the items.
Note: Shipping costs are borne by the customer and any loss of the order is the responsibility of the customer.
We also inform that shipments to our warehouse result in returns, as it is not possible to make exchanges.
Exclusive on in-store returns
When making an online return in store, you can choose to receive a refund of your item through a return voucher to use on a new purchase valid for 180 days.
Note: This voucher can be used in the online store, as long as you have a Club Blue for You customer record with associated email, or in physical stores. You must keep the voucher in legible condition as we cannot reissue it.
In physical store only.
You can exchange an item purchased in our online store only in one of our Mr. Blue physical stores, within 90 days after placing your order.
Outlet items can only be exchanged in outlet stores, as in collection stores, it is only possible to return them.
