Return & Exchange Policy

You can return your item within 90 days after placing your order.

Mr. Blue reserves the right to refuse exchanges and/or returns after the deadline and if the items are not in the same condition as they were sent and/or do not comply with our return conditions. For reasons of hygiene, exchanges/returns of underwear are not accepted.


RETURN/EXCHANGE IN A MR. BLUE STORE

Free of charge

You can return your items free of charge to one of our Mr. Blue stores.

Return or exchange the item together with the original invoice (sent by email at the time of dispatch). in one of our Mr.Blue stores.

Presenting the invoice is essential to make the exchange/return (check your inbox/spam).

Refund can be processed:

1. Using the same payment method that was used to make the purchase.

In this case, the store will keep your items, register the return and it will be processed within a maximum period of 14 working days.

2. Through an exchange voucher, which you can redeem on your next purchase in a physical store or online, within 180 days.

To make a discount online, you must have a Club Blue for You customer record with an associated email.

Note: The choice of the type of return is made by the customer at the time of return. Once this has been completed, it is not possible to change the return method.


RETURN TO CENTRAL WAREHOUSE

Cost borne by the customer

Return the item together with the original invoice to the following address:

The refund will be processed using the payment method used within a maximum period of 14 working days, after receipt of the item in our Warehouse.

Note: Any loss of the order is the customer's responsibility.

We also inform you that shipments to our warehouse result in returns, as exchanges are not possible.


OUTLET ITEMS can only be exchanged in outlet stores, as in collection stores, they can only be returned.
