Your order is shipped through a specialized carrier, which guarantees the delivery of your order within the stipulated period.
Note: Delivery times are an estimate, so in periods of sales and promotions, delivery times may be longer than usual.
Where is my order?
As soon as the order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email informing you, which contains a shipping receipt number and a link to the carrier's webpage, which allows you to follow your order.
Alternatively, you can also follow the order, close to your customer area.
If you selected shipping to the store, we will inform you by email as soon as your order arrives to the selected store.
You have a maximum period of 15 days to collect your purchase. In this case, there is no need to queue. Ask our store staff directly and pick up your order, showing your ID.

Deliveries are made in working hours (9am-6pm), so we advise you to choose an address where you are in this period.
DPD performs 3 delivery attempts. If the same is not carried out, the order automatically goes into the process of being returned to our warehouse, and it is not possible to carry out a new shipment.

You have 6 working days to collect your order. To collect the order, you must present the identification document and the postage bill, whose number is sent by email as soon as the order is shipped from the warehouse.
Change the delivery address of my order?
After the purchase is completed, it is not possible to change the order data.

After the purchase is completed, it is not possible to make changes to the order.
In this case, you can wait to receive the order and exchange it at a Mr.Blue store or cancel and place a new order with the desired item/size.
How to cancel my order?
The cancellation of your order can be done within 24 hours after the order has been placed.

International shipments or outside the EU?
Orders for countries outside the U.E. may have an extra fee plus import customs duties at the time they are received in the country of destination. These same fees will be paid by the recipient of the order.
Customs policies and import taxes vary from country to country, and it is not possible to have control over expenses and costs.

If the delivery period has been exceeded and you have not received your order, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating: Name; order number and order date.
